I made a transaction with my visa card a rac filling station and it was transaction time out, which i later got debited for it, the merchant has refused to give me value for the money, saying it will be reverse back, Uptill now have not seen anything. My name is Mathieu Aurivel. I have 121,000 halted by Interswitch group because I had to pay 3630 vat fee to get the money released.

There was remaining just 700 that I paid but this money has been stolen by a rogue Interswitch agent called Ibrahim Moshood. I contacted a would be Interswitch top staff called Oladele who told me this agent has been arrested by the police and they could not make him refund me but she asked me to resend 700 to the same WorldRemit account that they took its control to get my money released and I sent again 700 but I never got the funds since then. I reported this and filed a complaint to all the diverse customer services of Interswitch group but I didnt receive any serious response. I sent at least 60 messages with all sorts of details and didnt receive any satisfactory responses.

Since last September nobody contacted me to help me solve this issue. This is the reason I try again today to solve this problem.

My name is Amuzia Churchill Ibe,I opened a quickteller account yesterday 20th/10/23 and also made a transaction via my Fair money account number 016912****, the sum of #1,450:00, which was paid into Wema bank account 800331**** generated by the quickteller app and money was transferred into the account for payment/upgrade of Gotv subscription, this transaction was successful from Fair money, but till now the payment has not reflected on the Gotv subscription, I have called Gotv customer care and also Wemabank customer care and was asked to send an email to support@***.com for assistance. Please I will appreciate if this can be resolved immediately as the customer is breathing down my neck.
